Qualifications & Services
GroundEd is a Work Based Learning Provider delivering:
- BTEC Level 1 (Award, Certificate, Diploma) in Land Studies.
- Continuous work experience as part of the above programs.
- Mentoring and coaching to all its learners.
GroundEd caters primarily for 16-25 learners of various abilities referred directly by the Local Authority.
GroundEd also educates Key Stage 4 Learners from local mainstream and special secondary schools.
BTEC Level 1 Land Studies
A first introduction to Land based Studies looking into:
- Plants (planting, caring for and harvesting),
- Animals (Small, Farm and Horses)
- Tractors (basic operation and maintenance)
